Aurora Townhouse

The front of the unit faces south, the garage and its entrance are on the northside.
The dining area is just south of the divider half wall in the kitchen. It melds into the living room.

When you come up the front stairs you see the wood and white railings. The area feels very spacious and with all the windows it's bright and light.

This is looking from the dining area south to the living area.

The kitchen has black appliances, cherry cabinets, an island, an eat-in area by the windows. There is a door to a small balcony where you can put a BBQ grill and 2 chairs.

This view is looking at the kitchen from the dinette area. You see the island, the stainless steel sink and the wood floors, plus the stairs going down to the front door and the lower level.

The laundry room is off of the kitchen and next to the powder room.

The master bedroom has south facing windows, a cathedral ceiling, an attached bath (see below) and a large walk-in closet.
The master bath has a tub with shower.

The walk-in closet is on the north wall. It's deep and needs a better light.

This is the northwest bedroom. Ample space for either a baby or child.
The northeast bedroom is currently be used as an office. It's about the same size as the other bedroom. In the hall next to these bedrooms is a full bathroom with white fixtures.

Here's the balcony off the kitchen.

This is the lower level family room which is currently being used as a "gym." I'd put a sofa and a big TV down here, along with a small frig for soda and snacks. There is storage under the stairs.

The furance and hot water heater are in this closet on the north wall.

This is looking at the wall and the door coming from the garage.

The garage could use some shelving...but it is a two car garage.

Here's the back of the unit (notice my car got in the picture).

There is a Domminicks, Walgreens and Blockbuster less than 2 blocks away. And, you're about a mile west of Fox Valley Shopping Mall.

It's a good location and you're north and close to the Metra station and I-88. They are supposed to put an entrance and exit to I-88 on Eola.
